CANDLE QUESTIONS
1.	Q: How long do the candles burn? A: The full-size 10" tapers burn for about 6-8 hours. (See Question 6)
2.	Q: What is the minimum shipment for candles? A: 36 pairs, and first-time orders are Mastercard or Visa.
3.	Q: Are our candles made in "sweatshops"? A: Absolutely Not.
4.	Q: Is there lead in the wicks? A: No. Our wicks are 100% cotton and are lead-free. All paints are of German origin, are water based and lead-free.
5.	Q: Are our candles scented? A: No.
6.	Q: How do I ensure a clean and consistent burning of my candle? A: The candle's wick should be trimmed and maintained to a 1/4" before every use. This will ensure a cleaner, longer burn time.

SHIPPING/ORDERING QUESTIONS
1.	Q: How long does it take to fill an order? A: Orders are processed within and shipped on a weekly basis via common courier.
2.	Q: What is the minimum order? A: The minimum order is 36 pairs candles.
3.	Q: What is the minimum shipment for candles? A: The minimum shipment is 36 pairs and first-time orders are by credit-card.
4.	Q: How can I place an order? A: You can call us or fax us, e-mail us or place an order online.
5.	Q: I am an end consumer. How can I buy from you? A: We do not sell to end consumers, either on-line or in person. If you want to purchase some of our product, try to find a vendor in your area or e-mail us at sales@tokoloshe.ca with your name, postal code, and state or province, and we will provide you with the location of the vendor closest to you. (Remove the underlined portion).
6.	Q: What about duties and brokerage? A: We ship from Toronto, Canada, and all duties and brokerage are our responsibility.
